Sunrise DAW
Sunrise is an awesome free Digital Audio Workstation written with the python and Qt. The main purpose of the project is to develop cross-platform, all-in-one music production software including processing audio samples, applying audio effects, providing a set of instruments and others. To run Sunrise you need python, Qt and PyQt installed. It works with both python2 and py3k versions.
Tangerine CMS
Tangerine is an awesome free content management system. It was made to be very lightweighted but easy to use and powerful system to build your own website. You can see screenshots and download Tangerine on the product page.
Stormbringer email client
Stormbringer is awesome lightweighted email client written with python. Personally I use it on daily basis. So if you received email from me - 99% it was written with Stormbringer.
WIDesktop
WIDesktop - is an awesome SaaS application made like traditional desktop to allow people communicate inside groups and use the set of applications in browser. Now It has following applications:

- Clock
- Contacts manager
- ToDo List
- and a little application called Notes
CGL5
CGL5 is awesome HTML5 canvas library for building graphs of your data. It does not have server side scripts, only Javascript is using.
